Tanisha Ghosh is a Law Clerk at Little Health Law, providing support to our legal team. As a second-year law student at American University Washington College of Law, Tanisha serves as Vice President of the Health Law and Policy Student Association, is a Senior Staff Member on the Health Law and Policy Brief, and mentors first-generation law students through the ADVANCE First-Generation Law Student Coalition. During the summer following her first year, she served as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Judge Kenneth Smith of the Bibb County Superior Court in Macon, Georgia. Tanisha also works as a Research Assistant for the Faculty Director of the Health Law and Policy Program, supporting scholarship in public health law and medical sociology. In Spring 2026, she will serve as a Legal Extern with the DC Health Benefit Exchange Authority. She earned her Master of Public Health in Health Policy from Emory University and her Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion, with a minor in Environmental Health, from the University of Georgia. Originally from Macon, Georgia, Tanisha enjoys traveling, cooking, and writing in her free time.
