AV-RATED HEALTHCARE COUNSEL. 31-YEAR LAWYER. FORMER FEDERAL LAW CLERK. AVVO RATED 10.

Kevin Little is the founder and manager of our law firm. He has over 31 years of experience as an attorney. Kevin exclusively represents healthcare providers. He is an experienced problem solver who takes pride in finding a way to solve or mitigate difficult problems for healthcare providers. He helps medical practices, physicians and med spa owners in employment and professional matters, transactions, regulatory issues and medical board investigations. He is licensed to practice law in Georgia and South Carolina and assists providers in other parts of the country as part of our firm’s multijurisdictional practice.

Kevin is a Georgia native. He worked his way through college and law school. After graduating law school, Kevin began his legal career with back-to-back Federal Judicial Clerkships (Hon. John S. Dalis, Southern District of Georgia, 1991-1993, and Hon. Dudley H. Bowen, Jr., Southern District of Georgia, 1993-1995). Kevin then cut his teeth in private practice as a business litigation associate for a midsize Atlanta law firm (Hicks Maloof & Campbell). He has remained in the trenches of private practice ever since, with his own law practice for over 27 years. Years of extensive business and employment-litigation experience in state and federal courts led to an opportunity to represent physicians in business disputes, a pattern that morphed into great interest and commitment to helping healthcare providers succeed in their medical practices and businesses. For more than ten years, Kevin has exclusively represented healthcare providers in business, regulatory and employment matters.

Kevin is honored to have been selected to Super Lawyers and Best Lawyers. He has held Martindale Hubbell‘s prestigious AV-rating for over twenty years and is rated “10” by AVVORead original client and peer reviews posted to AVVO here.

When not practicing law, Kevin enjoys boating, fitness efforts, attempts at golf, traveling, rewatching Seinfeld episodes, and, above all, the company of his family and friends.
