Ready Access to Outside General Counsel
Many medical practice and healthcare services owners know from experience that sometime in the near future a legal or compliance issue or some sort of employment-based dispute will confront them. They cannot know when or exactly what it will look like, of course, yet they know such development is inevitable. They need ready access to a seasoned healthcare attorney, ideally their own General Counsel. But they can’t justify the expense of hiring a full-time, in-house General Counsel. Wouldn’t it be nice to have outside General Counsel at your finger tips? We have the solution. Now you can have your own outside General Counsel with our Access Counsel Program.
Always At Your Finger Tips
Our Access Counsel Program is tailored to your level of need. With Little Health Law’s Access Counsel Program, our intent is to create an ongoing relationship where we get to really know your practice or business and you have ready access to your own outside General Counsel — an experienced health law attorney assigned to you is available whenever your need for counsel arises. Our unique program includes:
- Assignment to your practice or business one of our highly experienced health law attorneys.
- Flat-rate, discounted monthly pricing for a package of legal hours with unlimited types of health law services and consultations.
- Same day response time.
- Three program levels.
- Modified or cancelled with 30 days’ notice.
In addition to having one of our health law attorneys assigned to you, the Access Counsel Program will make available all of our team as needed to support your outside General Counsel. Our health law attorneys and professional staff routinely collaborate with each other to take advantage of the breadth of experience we collectively have. Additionally, our vast, highly developed collection of proprietary health law forms and documents and our network of relationships with other healthcare attorneys and consultants will serve as an invaluable resource upon which your outside General Counsel can draw to meet most legal and compliance needs that may arise in your practice or business.
Discounted Pricing, Tailored to Your Level of Need
Once you choose the program level that best fits your need, the Access Counsel Program allows our customers to pay at the first of the month a flat rate retainer for a package of hours applicable to that month and significantly discounted compared to standard hourly rates. Our expectation is that the continued relationship will engender mutual familiarity that will render efficiencies to support our ability to provide a discounted opportunity for you. All legal services are covered by the monthly retainer, subject only to the hours cap applicable to the program level you choose. Under the Gold and Platinum plans, if requested legal services require legal time that exceeds the number of hours covered by the monthly retainer, the excess hours are billed with a 10% discount off of our hourly rates. There are three Access Counsel Program levels:
Silver: $1,500

- Unlimited consultations
- 4 hours of legal time per month
- Can be modified or cancelled by you with 30 days’ notice
Gold: $2,500
